I bought one of these today as a first step toward shaving with a straight razor. I use a safety razor currently, but I’ve been wanting to take the leap to a straight razor for a while. Unfortunately the cost of a good razor and supplies is prohibitive at the moment, but this Dovo Shavette is a reasonable compromise. Plus I’ll get to learn the hang of it and still use all of the blades I have.
