I found some girl’s cell phone just laying on the sidewalk today, and I realized just how important and dangerous losing phones can be. I had access to her email, facebook, twitter, etc.
Anyway, I called some family member in her contacts list and was able to give it back to the girl a few hours later.
One of my favorite things to do is go to PhD dissertation defenses. I went to an anthropology one today which I thought was going to be on Clovis point mobility, but really was about chert provenance.
The guy was very confident which was nice, because usually these guys are freaking out. The committee booted us out of the viewing room before they tore him apart though, so that sucked....

I just bit off way more than I could chew of this orange I’m eating and almost choked. But I was determined to stay alive and eat it. I succeeded.
Wasting it.
Why did it take me over 20 years to learn that you can eat oatmeal cold? Like you don’t have to heat it up, you can just pour milk in some oatmeal and eat it. I HAVE BEEN WASTING MY LIFE EATING HOT OATMEAL! Wasting my life.

I had the coolest dream last night. I dreamt that before I went to school I read the paper and it said that two couples were going to be brutally stabbed to death today (This newspaper was telling the events before they happened, Early Edition style).

I’m helping out my friend again in her intro psych class. This is an extremely quick rundown of Psychoanalytic theory/Freud that could ever be done. It’s a google doc presentation with like 13 slides. Who Killed? could tell you more about this guy than I ever could, Freud’s really not my thing.
